Phase 1: Diagnose In this phase we are providing high level diagnostics of the media. Based on the Diagnose phase, we determine if the corruption is related to mechanical failure, virus infection, corruption of the file system or directory structure. We will contact you during this phase to discuss the scope of the corruption. Phase 2: Restore During the restore phase, we are attempting to mount the drive for the imaging phase. In most situations the drive will be visible and we can begin the imaging process. Phase 3: Image The imaging phase will create an exact replica of your hard drive so we can use for the recovery phase. We do not want to put your drive under any more stress then is needed and this new disk will serve as a stable platform for the recovery phase. Phase 4: The Recovery Phase In this phase, we are Rebuilding the file system and extracting user data. We then verify the integrity of files and repair those that are faulty. Phase 5: Delivery We deliver your files. Important files can be emailed or staged on our FTP server for your retrieval. Based on the success of the recovery, we will send you your recovered data on a new hard-drive, CD, DVD, or other media of your choice. Contact us at
